1. What are the different types of zoning?
A1 - Agriculture One - One dwelling unit per forty (40) acres
A2 - Agriculture Two - One dwelling unit per ten (10) acres
Residential - One dwelling unit per acre

MU- Mixed Use- Maximum density is governed by the following: 1) Development w/out central water and sewer is one (1) units per acre, 2) Development w/water but w/out central sewer is two (2) units per acre, 3) "standard" subdivision w/central water and sewer is two (2) units per acre, 4) Mobile Home Development w/central water and sewer is two (2) units per acre, 5) Multi-family w/central water and sewer is eight (8) units per acre.

2.  What are the fees for Zoning Compliance and a Development Permit?
Residential
For any new Residential dwelling - $200
Mobile Home Replacement - $150
Temporary Use (such as RV or camper) - $150

Commercial - Must submit a site plan application along with the following fees:
0-2500 sf - $1000 + $.03 per sf
2500 sf+  - $2500 + $.06 per sf
